Lighter through life
Everything in life is easier with a sense of humor. Especially when things are not so funny at the moment, but you "laugh anyway". Train your ability to take things with a certain lightness, express cheerfulness and appear positive. After an introduction to the background of positive psychology and resilience (psychological resistance), you will train your sense of humor with many practical exercises, promote your playfulness with word games, and finally venture into the supreme discipline: laughing at yourself.

The humor trainer
Laughter is part of the workshop leader's everyday life, both professionally and privately, and has been since her youth. She first developed her comedic talent as an actress and then trained as a resilience trainer, coach and corporate mentor. Today she accompanies people in professional change processes and trains teams and leaders in humor and resilience. She tries to discover the positive in every situation and always finds it.
